St. Paul's Childhood Center welcomes potential candidates to send a message of interest!   • Job Responsibilities

    ● Working in a collaborative environment to create a structured and safe learning community

    ● Developing weekly lesson plans based on emergent curriculum and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach

    ● Positively communicating with families and co-workers

    ● Facilitating meaningful interactions and lasting relationships with children

    ● Utilizing observation skills to document children’s learning and developmental progress

    Qualifications and Expectations

    ● High School Diploma or GED (required)

    ● Experience in licensed, accreditede arly childhood settingsPost-secondary degree in EarlyChildhood Education or related field (preferred)

    ● Working knowledge of early childhood development, diverse communities, and emergent curriculum

    ● Love and passion for working with children

    ● Excellent attendance and punctuality

    ● Commitment to long-term employment

    ● Must have or be willing to obtain Infant/Child CPR and First-Aid Certification
